One of the most incredible plains of the Tilarán area, located in a cloud forest with some of the most outstanding views towards the valley, if you are used to hiking and observing nature in its purest essence, this place is for you, just an hour and a half from the airport of Liberia, with a very
easy access, as your way is for any type of vehicles.
This paradisiacal place with a magnificent walk of approximately one hour and a half to two hours
descending the mountain by paths loaded with nature, a perfect place for bird watching, as some
varieties of toucans, carpenters, motmot, and of course without leaving aside the large amount of
mammals, such as mani gordo, dantas, sloths and many more, of course, that the main objective
of this, is to get to observe the 4 waterfalls, the first is located just 20 minutes from the reception,
and with a height of 31 meters, Serena Waterfall, following with the next Hidden Waterfall, and
with 29 meters high, all this surrounded by lush cloud forest, with a height of 75 meters and the
highest of them, is the waterfall Arco Iris, not only is a pleasure to see it fall, but it is also indicated
to be able to swim and refresh a little, and finally, the fourth waterfall the Tobogán, with a height
of a little more than 50 meters from the height.
After this walk we will take a small tour on horseback up the slope, where the view towards the
mountain range, we could consider it one of the best, we will return to the reception where we
will have a delicious lunch, previously requested before leaving for the walk.
